Thank the Lord for Edwina Frazier! She understood and incorporated the mission statement that I believe in (The Prayer of Jabez) and drew out some wonderful business analogies from it. Since my husband and I started our business six years ago, I have used the Prayer of Jabez as our mission statement and I wanted to present the value of this mission statement to my team. Edwina did an excellent job!
Edwina also expanded the values exercises for our team to include organizational values. This was an value-added bonus that my husband and I really appreciated. Our team was able to formulate values for how we do business during the seminar. Edwina was able to pull out of each employee the clarification of each value statement. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Edwina's presentation. (I sat through both seminars and my husband attended the second one) The FOCUS seminar helped to put everybody on the same page as we move forward to even greater growth, prosperity and success.
